We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join Lightspeed’s Golf Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Golf and working closely with all channel specialists, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic marketing programs across all channels. Specifically, you will lead the end to end strategy and execution of lead generation tactics, brand marketing efforts, media buys, events/tradeshows/webinars that impact both prospects and customers. While the IMM may not be personally responsible for executing every item on the roadmap (e.g. PR efforts may be led by a PR agency, product launches could be led by PMM, growth programs by performance marketing, etc), the IMM should be aware of all projects and can help prioritize across teams to ensure the roadmaps are structured to best support the Golf business strategy towards achieving targets. As the owner for your region/industry, the IMM is also responsible for identifying and surfacing gaps in the current marketing plan, proposing solutions, gaining buy-in on priority projects and plans, and closely collaborating with the wider marketing and regional sales managers to design, plan and implement full funnel activities.
