Tenant Improvement Project Manager (contract)

About the Job: LaunchDarkly is seeking a Tenant Improvement Project Manager to lead our workplace buildout and improvement projects in Oakland from inception to completion. This role is responsible for the successful execution of high-impact office projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with business requirements. As a key partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will navigate the complexities of construction and facilities projects to deliver workspaces that support our team's evolving needs. This role is best suited for an experienced project manager who combines technical construction knowledge with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams independently, from scope tracking and budget monitoring to vendor coordination and site readiness. We are looking for someone who acts with ownership, exercises sound judgment in the face of ambiguity, and works collaboratively across functions to drive outcomes rather than just managing activities.
