Engineering Manager, Warehouse Scale

About the Job: We're looking for an engineering manager for our Warehouse Scale team. In this role, you'll lead the team that builds and operates the foundational data infrastructure powering LaunchDarkly's warehouse-native products — data export pipelines, warehouse health checks, and warehouse connection setup. You'll bring a balance of people management and technical leadership as you drive the development of critical platform infrastructure and foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture. You'll partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems that enterprise customers depend on.
