We provide the insights and design, build, and maintain the systems and processes our customer-facing teams rely on to accelerate revenue. In APAC, we partner closely with GTM leadership across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Customer Success to achieve our revenue targets for the region. As Klaviyo continues to grow in APAC and expand into new markets, the APAC Operations team plays a critical role in leading strategy & planning, driving operational excellence and connecting the dots across lead management, pipeline analytics, forecasting and customer growth and retention.
