As an Inbound Growth Specialist (iGS) , you are the first human touchpoint for a high volume of inbound demo requests and free Klaviyo accounts . You provide fast, high‑quality first interactions with Klaviyo’s smallest accounts to create a seamless experience from first touch through purchase. This team sits within the Marketing organization as part of the Growth motion and partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success. The primary goal of this role is to acquire as many high‑quality new logos as possible while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You will: Field inbound demand (demos, trials, free accounts, and product inquiries) via phone, email, and other channels.
