What this role is asking for.

You'll own ad monetization across JustPlay and Gimica Games (9-figure annual revenue) - managing waterfalls, driving ad partner relationships, and pushing ad product innovation forward. After onboarding, this isn't a support role. You'll have real ownership, autonomy, and the expectation to leverage AI to move faster than a traditional team ever could. JOB REQUIREMENTS - 1+ year in mobile ad monetization (or less if you learn unusually fast) - Solid understanding of mobile gaming economics and waterfall optimization - You dig into data obsessively but hate doing the same manual thing twice โ€” you'd rather automate it - You already use AI tools daily in your work, not because someone told you to - You thrive with goals and trust, not daily task lists - Fluent in written and spoken English JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Own ad monetization strategy and revenue across the mobile games portfolio - Manage bidding and waterfall configurations in MAX Mediation - experiment freely, ship fast - Negotiate commercial deals with ad partners and resolve technical issues (SDK updates, discrepancies, creative quality) - Build and automate ad performance reporting (eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU) - use AI, scripts, whatever gets you there fastest - Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize ad product monetization - Proactively bring new ideas - ad formats, mediation tactics, AI workflows that save the team hou...
