Overview This role is tailored for a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Integrations into a next-generation identity platform. You will lead the transition from traditional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem, while simultaneously maturing our automated provisioning landscape through deep SCIM and protocol-level innovation. Job Summary As the Staff Product Manager for SSO & Next-Gen Identity, you will own the combined strategy for SSO/JumpCloud GO, our flagship phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution, and our comprehensive Integration Catalog. Your mission is to eliminate "password fatigue" via device-native biometrics (Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello) while simultaneously pioneering the governa
