About the team The Commercial Programs team within the Business Development department supports JetBrainsโ€™ commercial growth and strategic initiatives. The team operates at the intersection of monetization and pricing strategy, industry and customer segment development, go-to-market, and cross-functional strategic project execution. We work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams, as well as other stakeholders, to design and deliver programs that shape how JetBrains reaches and retains customers across markets and segments. Role As a Business Development Manager (Commercial Programs), you will identify and size business opportunities, drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution, and help design commercial programs that improve how JetBrains monetizes products and serves customers across segments and regions.
