Senior C&B Specialist/Partner

We are looking for a Senior C&B Specialist to join our global Compensation & Benefits team. This is a key individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and brings both analytical depth and business acumen to the table. You will play a central role in shaping and developing our compensation and benefits plans globally. You will shape and develop our global compensation and benefits plans. Working closely with People Operations, Team Partners, Finance, and People Leaders, you will build processes and policies from the ground up, bringing clear structure to complex challenges and driving meaningful change.
