With a highly specialized talent pool, discovering exceptional candidates becomes an art. That’s where you come in. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the right expertise to our QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams and helping us shape the future of JetBrains. As part of the team, you will: Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract the best candidates. Create and oversee a sourcing strategy. Build talent pools and pipelines by sourcing across different channels. Provide a positive recruitment experience, keeping communication timely and transparent. Ensure data in the internal recruitment system is accurate, complete, and up to date. Share your knowledge and market findings with your colleagues.
