Director of Business Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Intelligence to lead and expand our BI and Analytics capabilities. Reporting into our Head of IT, Systems, and Data, the successful candidate will be a crucial leader in our growing Data & Systems org, leading a talented team of full stack analysts in collaborating with stakeholders across all departments, with a mission to increase data accessibility and drive informed business analysis to support decision-making across the org. At Jane our BI team works with stakeholders from every department (including Finance, Go-To-Market (Marketing & Support), Product, and others), maintaining, analyzing, and visualizing data from sources including billing & revenue systems, a central CRM, product event tracking, and support operational data. In this role, you will lead a talented team of full stack analysts in elevating data literacy across Jane. Key priorities for the role include defining and maintaining centralized standards and governance as our system and business complexity continue to grow, adapting our architecture to support increased data accessibility in an AI-augmented self-service approach, and subsequently evolving our analytics operating model to closer partnership with the business on deeper business questions and insights.
