About the role We’re looking for a talented GTM Engineer who will be responsible for building and running the operational backbone of Infisical's GTM organization. Reporting to the Head of GTM and partnering closely with marketing, you'll own the systems, data flows, and enablement programs that let our sales, marketing, and post-sales teams scale efficiently and sell effectively. This role bridges two disciplines: the analytical rigor of revenue operations (top-of-funnel analytics, data enrichment, pipeline progression, forecasting, and territory planning) and the programmatic craft of enablement (onboarding, playbooks, content, and ongoing skill-building for a rapidly growing team of Account Executives and Solutions Engineers).
