This role blends hands-on payroll processing with advanced analytics, commission modeling, and HRIS ownership, ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and continuously optimized in a fast-paced, sales-driven mortgage environment. Expertise in Paylocity is required to support payroll operations and system optimization.
