As Senior Director, Ecosystem Product, you will define and execute the ecosystem strategy that powers HubSpot's Builder Platform vision. You will lead the developer platform, APIs, MCP strategy, marketplace, strategic integrations, and builder experiences that enable customers, partners, and AI agents to build on HubSpot. This role sits at the intersection of developer ecosystems, agent platforms, marketplaces, and go-to-market workflows. You will help shape how first-party, second-party, and third-party agents work together to deliver customer outcomes while creating new opportunities for ecosystem growth and monetization.
