YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER We’re looking for a Principal Delivery Partner / Delivery Operations Lead to help us scale how engineering delivers. This role exists to bring clarity, structure, and momentum into a fast-growing, matrix organization. You will work across multiple engineering guilds (QA, FE, BE, DevOps, Automation) and product teams to ensure delivery is not just happening — but is predictable, visible, and continuously improving. Success in this role means making delivery transparent and measurable, accelerating cross-team initiatives with less friction, reducing ownership gaps, and building leadership confidence that execution is under control.
