About the job As an Account Lead within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will be responsible for driving the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners. You will work closely with airlines to launch new products, optimize and grow existing solutions, and develop new opportunities that drive both business growth and enhance the traveler experience. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, product development, and partnership management, working directly with airline stakeholders to ensure our fintech products align with their business objectives and success metrics. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and analytical ability to navigate complex airline ecosystems and deliver impactful results. What would your day-to-day look like: - Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space. - Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines.
