Job Title: Business Development Representative Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (ESTโPST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This role focuses on engaging prospects across B2B and B2C markets, identifying opportunities, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team in a high-velocity sales environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels - Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives - Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs and fit - Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos - Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM - Follow established sales processes and messaging frameworks - Consistently meet activity and opportunity creation targets REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation - Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered - Experience working with US or UK-based co...
