Our platform powers critical revenue-generating workflows across communications, marketing automation, CRM, payments, reputation, and customer engagement. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management, Revenue Products to lead the strategy, execution, and business performance of HighLevel’s top revenue-generating products, including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other usage-based or subscription-based product lines. About the Role The Senior Director of Product Management, Revenue Products will own the product vision, business strategy, P&L performance, pricing and packaging, user experience, adoption, and growth execution for a portfolio of monetized products that are central to HighLevel’s revenue growth. This leader will operate at the intersection of product, revenue, finance, growth, customer success, support, engineering, design, and operations. They will be responsible for building scalable product strategies that increase customer value, drive adoption, improve margins, expand monetization, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
