We are seeking a hands-on, highly proactive IT Operations Lead to build and own Hamsa's global corporate IT function. As one of the first dedicated IT Operations hires, you will establish the systems, processes, and standards that enable a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment for a globally distributed workforce. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will own day-to-day IT operations while designing processes that scale with the company, balancing exceptional employee support with strong security, automation, and operational excellence.
