About the job Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Technical Writer who will own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for our Mobile & Cloud platform programs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The work you produce will be used by external partners and internal technical and regulatory teams. What you’ll do: Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture. Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion.
