ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across our technical organization during a period of rapid growth. The focus is technical recruiting - engineering, product, and data - with a broader scope that also includes technical-adjacent roles like design and product marketing. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over requisitions, pipelines, and outcomes. You'll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to source, engage, and close exceptional technical talent. This is the right role for someone high-agency and AI-native who builds pipelines proactively rather than waiting on inbound, and who thrives in a fast-moving, low-structure startup environment.
