PEDIATRIC BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE MANAGER (BHCM) Part-Time | 20 hours/week (path to full-time) On-Site: 1140 Parsippany Blvd, Parsippany, NJ Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 annually based on experience WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT This is not a traditional therapy role. As a Behavioral Health Care Manager, you will be the core member of an integrated, multi-disciplinary treatment team supporting a panel of patients with pediatric mental health needs. Youโ€™ll practice in a true Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), working alongside pediatricians and a psychiatric consultant to deliver measurement-based, outcomes-driven care to children and families at a population health impact.
