About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Director, Center of Excellence (CoE) – Accounting to architect, lead, and scale our global accounting transactional processes from Bengaluru. You will own the design, standardization, and execution of all core accounting operations globally—driving a step-change in efficiency, control, and scalability. You will operate at the intersection of operations, transformation, and leadership, with a clear expectation to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office and reports to the Chief Accounting Officer based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
