We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead and support the coordination of patient care services in a home health setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of clinical services through oversight of patient care planning, staff coordination, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Clinical Manager plays a key role in maintaining continuity of care by reviewing referrals, assigning appropriate services, and overseeing comprehensive documentation. This position requires availability during all operating hours and a commitment to high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
