You will serve as a trusted advisor to practice owners and practice success managers across our multi-state footprint, helping shape a compliant, people-first organization. You will balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, navigating the nuances of healthcare employment law, supporting our clinical and non-clinical populations, and driving initiatives that help our people thrive.
