In this role, you'll play a key part in executing employee lifecycle processes — everything from onboarding new hires to coordinating off boarding processes. You'll bring strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for creating a seamless employee experience. This is a full time role based in our San Francisco Hub. What you'll do at Figma: Manage US onboarding and off boarding processes including HR system workflows, background checks, I9 checks, and communications Assist with bi-weekly in person onboarding in our SF hub by welcoming new hires and managing logistics Serve as the first point of contact for People related questions including onboarding, HR data, benefits, and verifications of employment Partner with key stakeholders including IT and Payroll to onboa...
