As we scale, we're looking for a Director of IT to lead and grow three critical functions: IT Operations, IT Engineering, and AI Enablement. This leader will be responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure and internal tooling can scale with Figma's growth, while also helping shape how AI technologies are adopted across the company. The team strives to enable our fellow figmates to do their best work by giving them super powers through exceptional technology experiences, and this role will be at the center of that mission.
