We are looking to hire an experienced full-life cycle Sales Recruiter to support the organization through its growth, specifically within the Commercial and Enterprise functions. You'll be a driving force in building and executing the talent strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting best practices and processes. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (specifically Sales) Partner with Sales leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key marketing roles Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively hand
