We’re looking to hire an expert Technical Recruiter to support the growth of Figma’s Engineering organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting efforts and processes. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent Develop a deep understanding of Figma’s business and products and communicate this effectively
