Role You will lead Ethyca's Mission Engineering Group (MEG) — our embedded delivery team combining legal-grade precision with deep technical integration. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with product and engineering, you'll own the full mission lifecycle: from presales through the first 90-day deployment sprint, and through the ongoing continuity program (MEG-C) that ensures customers keep unlocking value as their data systems evolve. MEG has two components you'll lead: Embedded Delivery — Deployment Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers who provide comprehensive privacy engineering, program management, and technical expertise to ensure successful rollout for every client.
