Growth Manager, Physical AI

The role We're searching for a Growth Manager to drive how Physical AI teams discover and engage with the Encord platform. You’ll develop the end-to-end journey from awareness to conversion, building product messaging and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from our target accounts. The ideal candidate holds the customer above everything else - understanding how ICP relevancy, value, and memorability can convert a series of touchpoints into real demand. What you'll do - Engage and convert target accounts with multi-channel campaigns and activities - Define and evolve Encord’s positioning, messaging and campaigns for Physical AI - Strategise, test and iterate on digital and out-of-home assets that win attention - Implement learnings and insights from sales, demos, objections, and wins/losses - Leverage field marketing and community events to engage accounts in-person - Segment, target and refine technical audiences
