Job Details The accounting team is responsible for ensuring all financial data is input timely and accurately. In addition, the accounting team is responsible for managing payments to vendors and partners, preparing account reconciliations, ensuring tax compliance, managing and forecasting cash, maintaining expense platforms, managing the corporate credit card program, assisting in various audits, and other tasks necessary to ensure compliance. Essential Functions ● Assist with preparation of financial statements; prepare accurate and timely account reconciliations across all subsidiaries ● Prepare journal entries as required ● Assist with year-end audit by providing supporting documentation, as required, to external auditors ● Review employee expense reports in accordance with Company policies and Spanish Tax Agency ● Provide weekly cash forecast reporting that is timely and thorough ● Ensure all forecasted data is complete and accurate based on current expectations by communicating with necessary team members ● Monitor...
