SUMMARY Echo Neurotechnologies is developing novel Brain Computer Interface (BCI) products for people living with disabilities to restore autonomy and improve quality of life. We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to own core accounting operations and support a timely, accurate close and audit-ready environment. This role is hands-on and operational, with responsibility across accounts payable, inventory and purchasing support, monthly close activities, balance sheet integrity, and compliance processes including sales and use tax.
