We're currently seeking experienced Collaborating Physicians (MD/DO) to provide clinical oversight and mentorship for our growing network of Nurse Practitioners delivering care across the United States. COMPENSATION THIS IS A 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION. MONTHLY RETAINER: $1,000 PER STATE OF COLLABORATION. COMPENSATION IS PAID MONTHLY THROUGH THE COMPANY'S PAYROLL PROCESS. What You'll Do As a Collaborating Physician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care while supporting Nurse Practitioners practicing across multiple states. Responsibilities include: • Serve as the collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners under state-specific collaboration agreements • Conduct required chart reviews to ensure quality and regulatory compliance • Provide clinical guidance and consultation to Nurse Practitioners as needed • Participate in periodic meetings with clinical leadership • Review documentation and maintain accurate records within the EHR • Escalate clinical or compliance concerns when appropriate • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, telehealth regulations, and state collaborative practice laws Please note: This role focuses on physici...
