What this role is asking for.
MKTQ227R22 Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for uniting cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan. You’ll act as a central connecting point between go-to-market teams—ensuring we align with the company's overarching priorities and deliver measurable growth. The impact you will have: Strategic Alignment: Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to articulate how integrated half-year plans roll up to company goals, securing executive alignment and approval. Business Driver/SME: Informs and champions transformational operational excellence: A strong, scalable, operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process. Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments. Forward Thinking: Advocates and prioritizes a roadmap, asks about the future of integrated campaign development, and identifies and prioritizes high-impact projects to help scale the organization effectively.
