ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Solution Architecture, you will build and lead an elite, post-sales technical organization for our highest-value enterprise customers. The team is a core part of GTM with the mandate of transforming Cursor's strategic accounts into compounding growth engines by driving seamless deployment, accelerating adoption, and establishing robust competitive moats. In this second-line leadership position, you will manage first-line managers and senior Solution Architects, ensuring a relentless focus on long-term architecture, complex workflow design, and sustained value realization. You will also operate as a key executive sponsor, routinely engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and platform owners to shape long-term technology partnerships.
