Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. We’re hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support our rapidly scaling Go-to-Market organization. This person will partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Recruiting to help build high-performing, durable teams in a fast-moving environment. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner and hands-on builder in a high-talent-density company where expectations are high and the pace is fast. We’re looking for someone who combines strong business judgment, operational excellence, and a bias for action — someone willing to do whatever is needed to help the business scale effectively.
