Manager, Data Engineer

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Data Engineering to lead and scale our Data platforms as we expand our infrastructure, services, and platform architecture. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong technical depth, people management capability, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence to deliver impactful data solutions at scale. As a Manager, Data Engineering, you’ll partner closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, architects, product leaders, and business stakeholders to shape and execute the roadmap for our data platform, ensuring high-trust, scalable, and business-aligned outcomes. You’ll lead and mentor engineering teams, foster a culture of excellence, and act as a force multiplier across functions by raising engineering standards, improving delivery execution, and accelerating the maturity of our data platform capabilities. What you’ll do: Lead and manage a team of data engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions aligned with business priorities. Own the roadmap execution for data engineering, balancing immediate delivery commitments with long-term architecture, modernization, and platform scalability. Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, analytics, client delivery, and leadership teams to prioritize data engineering roadmap, define KPIs, and translate business goals int
