Manager, Operations and Facility Administration

Opportunity Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager responsible for Vendor and Facility Management. This role will provide centralized oversight, strategic vendor governance, proactive facility operations.This role ensures that business operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards for infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance. What you’ll do: Facilities Strategy & Planning Coordinate schedules and ensure coverage coverage on ALL working days at both locations Define workplace standards (safety, cleanliness, experience) Plan space utilization and capacity Vendor Management Negotiation and vendor selection Manage contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, pantry) Track SLAs and performance Budget & Cost Control Own facilities budget (rent, utilities, services, supplies) Identify cost optimization opportunities Employee Safety Ensure building compliance, emergency protocols Partner with Compliance team for audits and risk mitigation Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor operations and facility teams Set performance goals and conduct evaluations Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Employee Experience Oversight Set standards for office experience (events, amenities, comfort) Escalation Point Resolve complex or high-impact issues Required Qualifications: Must-haves Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or
