About the Role As a mobile platform engineer, you’ll help shape the future of Chime’s React Native app — building frameworks, tooling, and systems that make development faster, safer, and more scalable for hundreds of engineers. Your work will directly support the quality and performance of the app used by millions of members. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $164,000.00 and up to $227,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. In this role, you can expect to Build and maintain internal React Native frameworks, developer tooling, and shared infrastructure. Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to improve app quality, performance, and observability. Help automate mobile CI/CD and release orchestration, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.
