Design Operations Lead

About the role We’re hiring a Design Operations Lead to join our Product Design team. In this role, you’ll build and scale the systems that help our design org move faster, deliver high-quality work, and operate with greater consistency. You’ll partner closely with Design leadership, working day-to-day with the Head of Design. Key areas of focus include introducing and testing new workflows, strengthening planning and execution, and ensuring the team is set up to do its best work. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $165,000 and up to $215,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
