About the role This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and is responsible for building and scaling Checkr's most strategic alliance partnerships to drive measurable revenue growth. You'll own end-to-end relationships with key HCM and ATS platforms — including Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, and Fountain — translating deep partner relationships and integration expertise into partner-sourced pipeline and joint go-to-market execution. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Solutions Implementations, and Product to define and deliver best-in-class partner programs that directly contribute to Checkr's growth.
