Senior Operations Analyst

The IT or Business Technology (BizTech) team at Chainalysis creates intuitive, scalable, and secure technology experiences that accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the general employee population throughout Chainalysis alongside the Biztech Operations team. Assisting with employee onboarding, technical troubleshooting and assistance across a broad scope of hardware and software, all while creating the best possible user experiences for employees at Chainalysis. The person in this role will develop strong relationships with our business partners within the Israel office through trust and operational excellence. As well they collaborate and help support the wider organisation with the Biztech Operations team.
