The Role Cedar’s Delivery team is responsible for the successful implementation of our products and ongoing customer support. Cedar is hiring a Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations to help run and improve the operating system behind our Delivery organization. This person will own high-priority operational workflows that connect customer demand to capacity planning, cost visibility, leadership reporting, and day-to-day execution across Delivery and adjacent CX functions.
