JOB DESCRIPTION Role Summary Build or grow your private practice with the support of an established platform that helps you accept insurance quickly and confidently. As a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health services to covered clients while we handle credentialing support, practice tools, and streamlined payments—so you can focus on care. Compensation: Up to $126/hour (based on client load, payer mix, and state-specific rates) What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical support to clients via telehealth in accordance with your licensure and scope of practice. • Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner. • Maintain accurate records using platform tools (notes, templates, assessments) aligned with payer and regulatory requirements. • Deliver culturally responsive, inclusive care and tailor interventions to each client’s needs and goals. • Coordinate care as appropriate with other providers and resources (with proper consents) to support continuity of treatment. • Manage your schedule, availability, and caseload using real-time scheduling and secure client messaging tools. • Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement through available resources, audit support, and optional continuing educat...
