Summary As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you'll need to have excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to talk tech with employees at all levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new technologies and has the ability to work independently and self-motivate in a professional but fun environment. Remaining cool under pressure is essential. About the team: Our lean and dedicated technical team of 3 currently includes a VP of IT, a Staff IT engineer, and a Senior IT engineer. You will be the second Senior IT engineer, playing a key role in supporting our staff across the globe. This role is based out of the London o
