Program Manager

Blockdaemon is looking for a Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our most strategic customer engagements. This role sits at the center of our highest-value relationships: large, complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with Tier 1 institutional customers, including banks, financial infrastructure providers, and other major enterprises adopting digital asset infrastructure. This is not a roadmap or backlog-prioritization role. You won't be running sprint ceremonies for an internal product team. Instead, you'll be the connective tissue between Blockdaemon and our most important customers: structuring their engagements, driving execution against a plan, and ensuring flawless communication at every level - including with senior executives on both sides of the table. The ideal candidate has run high-stakes, high-visibility programs before (ideally involving enterprise or institutional clients) and is equally comfortable in a detailed project plan and in a room with a customer's C-suite.
