As the Engineering Manager for the Autofill and Desktop Native teams at Bitwarden, you will lead two teams of talented engineers responsible for some of the most user-facing and technically demanding parts of our product. The Autofill team owns browser autofill and form detection, including the inline menu, context menu, in-browser notifications, and passkey prompts in the browser extension. The Desktop Native team owns desktop autofill and native OS integrations including the SSH agent, Autotype, native passkeys, and the DuckDuckGo integration. These are high-visibility, high-complexity areas. Autofill must work reliably across an enormous variety of websites built with wildly different markup and form patterns, while maintaining the strict security boundaries required when handling sensitive credential data.
