As the Manager of Billing and Follow-up, you'll be a key leader in a newly formed department to bill and collect from insurance companies. You will lead a team to ensure a high functioning revenue cycle to achieve our financial goals. What are we looking for? We are looking for this candidate to possess experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within a billing or payer follow-up role at a provider. They should have a solid understanding of the claim submission, follow-up, and denial management processes, coupled with experience building processes and a high performing team to execute on them.
