Senior Netsuite Functional Lead

What the Role Is Babylist’s finance and accounting operations run on NetSuite, and as the business scales, so does the complexity of keeping that platform aligned with the real needs of our accounting, finance, and operations teams. As our Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst, you will be the deep functional expert on NetSuite’s financial modules — partnering directly with accounting and finance to translate business needs into practical solutions, and working alongside our existing NetSuite Developer and NetSuite Administrator to ensure the platform enables rather than hinders day-to-day operations. You will join a small, tight-knit NetSuite pod inside our Financial Systems team. This pod owns the full lifecycle of NetSuite work: you lead the functional “what and why” (and often the “how” that stays within native NetSuite), the Developer owns custom SuiteScript development, and the Administrator owns system administration and day-to-day operational support. You will report to our Staff Technical Product Manager for Financial Operations and partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Operations.
